Missed call calculator
Five numbers from a normal week. You'll see what missed calls cost you a month, in a figure you can check against your books.
calls a week
On a job, after hours, on another line. Count the ones that go to voicemail or ring out.
a week
Every call gets answered, so the next job doesn't go to the next business on Google.
At these numbers, missed calls cost you less than Front Desk would. It may not be the right fit yet.
Front Desk answers every call as your business and puts each caller through to the right person. If you use Google Calendar, Outlook or Calendly, it books the job straight in. Nothing goes to voicemail.
These are your numbers, not a promise. Your missed calls a week, times how many would have become jobs, times what one is worth, times 52 weeks, divided by 12 months.
